What You'll Likely Work On

• Design and operate identity and access workflows in Okta, including SSO, groups, and lifecycle automation
• Provision, configure, patch, and enforce security baselines for a macOS‑first fleet using Workspace ONE
• Manage user lifecycle, groups, shared drives, and permissions in Google Workspace and Slack
• Create governance for the SaaS estate—ownership, cost tracking, and access changes tied to team movements
• Automate onboarding, deprovisioning, compliance reporting, and device health to keep IT effort flat as headcount grows
• Translate security, compliance, and engineering requirements into auditable IT controls
• Act as the escalation point for complex identity, endpoint, or infrastructure issues and engineer solutions out of existence
