What You'll Likely Work On

• Design, automate, and continuously improve the issue remediation lifecycle, including AI‑driven tooling
• Triaging issues, conducting root‑cause analysis, and overseeing containment through to closure
• Partner with Legal, Compliance, Risk, Operations, Product and Engineering to resolve issues on schedule
• Own issue reporting for internal teams and external partners
• Lead end‑to‑end product launches, ensuring readiness across Product, Design, Engineering, Marketing and Operations
