The Assistant Manager will lead end‑to‑end M&A integration and carve‑out workstreams, shaping governance, risk tracking and analytical deliverables for financial‑services clients. The role blends strong analytical, project‑management and stakeholder‑communication skills within a fast‑moving advisory environment.

What You'll Likely Work On

  • Structure and maintain the integration plan, including timelines, risk logs and governance reporting
  • Coordinate and challenge workstream leads across IT, Finance, HR, Operations, Legal, Real Estate and Procurement
  • Identify process, tooling and organisational gaps and propose remediation actions
  • Facilitate functional‑level calls and prepare steering‑committee materials
  • Support change‑management activities and ensure clear communication between entities
  • Provide analytical support for synergy tracking, TSA monitoring and risk quantification
  • Create high‑quality client deliverables, presentations and recommendations
  • Conduct business diagnostics such as process mapping and stakeholder interviews
