What You'll Likely Work On
- Conduct virtual site surveys, validate wiring, electrical, networking and internet performance
- Perform advanced diagnostics, document infrastructure gaps and guide remediation
- Install and configure POS hardware, complete cabling and connectivity setup
- Deliver on‑site staff training, live support and post‑installation follow‑ups
- Troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide guidance to clients and vendors
- Maintain detailed records, photos and diagrams in internal systems
- Recommend and implement improvements to survey tools, SOPs and processes
- Travel regularly to client sites (50‑75% travel, including overnight stays)

- Strong networking knowledge and ability to explain technical concepts to non‑technical staff
- Proven track record of 50+ POS installations or comparable deployments
- Experience mentoring junior team members
- Comfortable with high travel frequency and flexible schedule
- Fluent English and bilingual Spanish proficiency
