What You'll Likely Work On
- Conduct virtual site surveys to validate wiring, electrical, networking, and internet performance
- Perform advanced diagnostics, document infrastructure gaps, and guide clients/vendors to resolve issues
- Install and configure POS hardware, complete cabling and connectivity setup
- Deliver onsite training and live support for restaurant staff and management
- Execute pre‑ and post‑installation checks, troubleshoot issues, and lead follow‑ups with clients
- Mentor junior specialists and contribute to SOP and process enhancements
- Travel to client locations up to 75% of the time, including overnight stays
