The Installation Specialist ensures restaurant locations are ready for SpotOn POS deployment through virtual surveys, on‑site hardware setup, and staff training. Bilingual English‑Spanish communication and strong networking knowledge are essential to drive successful installations and client adoption.

What You'll Likely Work On
- Conduct comprehensive virtual site surveys, validating wiring, networking, and internet performance
- Perform advanced diagnostics and document infrastructure gaps for remediation
- Install and configure POS hardware including workstations, printers, pin pads, cash drawers, switches, routers, and firewalls
- Set up cabling, patching, and network connectivity for each location
- Deliver on‑site and virtual training to restaurant staff and management
- Lead follow‑up activities to confirm issue resolution and smooth adoption
- Mentor junior specialists and share technical knowledge
- Travel to client sites across the region, often with overnight stays
