Ovii's Interpretation of the Role

The Insolvency/IPS Product Lead owns the end‑to‑end product lifecycle of Interpath’s Insolvency Practitioner System, driving both day‑to‑day operations and strategic enhancements. The role balances BAU support, regulatory compliance, and a migration from an on‑premise SQL platform to a cloud‑based solution while acting as the bridge between business users, technology teams, and external partners.

What You'll Likely Work On

  • Serve as the subject‑matter expert for IPS, providing guidance and best‑practice advice
  • Resolve user queries and escalated support tickets, ensuring timely issue resolution
  • Plan and execute end‑to‑end testing of IPS upgrades before production release
  • Drive the transition from the on‑premise IPS SQL platform to IPS Cloud, coordinating vendor and internal teams
  • Deliver user training, develop guides, and support onboarding to maximise system adoption
  • Define and maintain the product vision, aligning development priorities with business goals and regulatory requirements
  • Own and prioritise the BAU backlog (bugs, enhancements, configuration changes) to sustain service quality
