What You'll Likely Work On

• Own end‑to‑end enterprise integrations from discovery, field‑mapping, build, UAT through go‑live
• Manage a portfolio of concurrent integration projects against contractual dates and scope
• Build, configure, and debug integration flows in Workato, collaborating with customer IT and internal product/engineering teams
• Design data transfer and translation logic to map customer data cleanly between systems
• Leverage AI tools to generate code, draft mappings, produce documentation, and accelerate troubleshooting
• Create reusable templates, tooling, and playbooks and partner with CSMs for long‑term adoption
