We are looking for an organized, people‑focused HR Specialist to own day‑to‑day HR operations, from onboarding and offboarding to payroll coordination and compliance. The role works remotely within the United States, partnering with leadership, recruiters, and finance to keep HR processes accurate, compliant, and employee‑centric.

What You'll Likely Work On

  • Post and manage job openings, screen resumes, schedule interviews, and communicate with candidates
  • Prepare offer letters, onboarding packets, and ensure completion of I‑9, E‑Verify, tax forms, and direct‑deposit setup
