What You'll Likely Work On
- Own the full new‑joiner experience for Malta, the UK and broader Europe, including HRIS profile creation, background checks, work permits and benefits enrolment
- Run Malta payroll end‑to‑end, partner with vendors in the UK, Lithuania and the Netherlands, and support audits, reconciliations and statutory reporting
- Manage benefits administration and vendor relationships, driving renewals, performance reviews and cost‑effectiveness
- Triage HR support tickets, maintain accurate employee data in HRIS, and ensure compliance with local employment law
- Identify manual processes and replace them with scalable, tech‑driven solutions; contribute to HR systems projects and integrations
- Create dashboards and regular reports, turning HR data into actionable insights for people managers and senior leaders
