We’re seeking an HR Generalist to own the full employee lifecycle—from onboarding and engagement to performance management and compliance—within our Operations team. You’ll keep HRIS data accurate, manage payroll and benefits, and champion a positive workplace culture.

What You'll Likely Work On
- Oversee onboarding and orientation, ensuring documentation is complete and new hires integrate smoothly
- Maintain accurate employee records in Rippling and ensure compliance with data policies
- Administer payroll inputs, benefits, and leave, coordinating with insurance brokers
- Design and run engagement initiatives such as recognition programs and wellness activities
- Act as first point of contact for employee queries and grievances, delivering timely resolutions
- Champion company culture by promoting values, inclusion, and collaboration
- Coordinate performance appraisal cycles, feedback collection, and engagement surveys
- Support training initiatives through scheduling, logistics, and participation tracking
- Manage exit processes, conduct interviews, and handle final settlements
