What You'll Likely Work On

  • Drive the complete recruitment process—from sourcing and screening to offer negotiation and onboarding.
  • Partner with hiring managers to define hiring needs and craft effective talent‑acquisition strategies.
  • Source candidates via job portals, LinkedIn, referrals and campus hiring, and maintain recruitment dashboards.
  • Oversee employee onboarding, background verification, induction, and maintain confidential HR records.
  • Monitor attendance, leave, and provide payroll‑related inputs while ensuring data accuracy.
  • Coordinate employee engagement programs and address employee queries or grievances.
  • Manage employee lifecycle events such as confirmations, transfers, resignations and exits.
  • Ensure adherence to company policies, statutory requirements and applicable labor laws.
