What You'll Likely Work On
- Operationalize global talent programs (onboarding, mentoring, rewards, recognition) for Canada and the US.
- Provide day‑to‑day HR guidance on policies, procedures, and local labor law questions.
- Manage US and Canadian benefits processes, including renewals, market analysis, open enrollment, and issue escalation.
- Partner with Finance and Payroll to ensure accurate, timely payroll data and processing.
- Maintain and audit HRIS (Workday) data to guarantee integrity and efficiency.
- Lead full‑cycle recruitment for mid‑to‑senior positions, crafting sourcing strategies and evaluating candidates.
- Collaborate with hiring managers and the Global Talent Team to align talent acquisition with evolving role requirements.
- Ensure compliance with North American employment law and support internal compliance projects.
