The Head of Sales for the Americas West will drive enterprise SaaS revenue across the US and Canada, balancing new‑logo acquisition with expansion of existing accounts. This senior individual‑contributor role also builds and leads a high‑performing regional sales team while partnering closely with product, customer success, and marketing.

What You'll Likely Work On

  • Identify and close new enterprise logos across Tier 1/2 banks, asset managers, insurers and specialty finance firms in the US and Canada
  • Own and exceed NRR targets of 130‑140% by driving upsell and cross‑sell with Customer Success
  • Lead end‑to‑end sales cycles of 6‑18 months, negotiating contracts and securing multi‑stakeholder buy‑in at the C‑suite level
  • Recruit, coach, and retain a regional sales team while establishing repeatable methodology and pipeline rigor
  • Maintain clean Salesforce data, accurate forecasting and weekly/quarterly reporting
  • Partner with Solutions Engineering, Product and Marketing to shape regional go‑to‑market strategy and thought‑leadership initiatives
  • Develop deep expertise in US and Canadian regulatory frameworks and translate that into market positioning
