What You'll Likely Work On

• Partner with the CPO to translate vision into quarterly and annual planning cadences, board updates, and offsite agendas.
• Design and stand up a product operating model that includes portfolio prioritization, OKR processes, roadmap governance, and high‑signal reporting rhythms.
• Lead high‑priority transformation programs spanning AI adoption, organizational design, and cross‑functional change management.
• Build decision‑making infrastructure such as DACI frameworks, async‑first norms, and AI‑driven insight workflows.
• Coordinate inputs from product, engineering, design, data science, and go‑to‑market teams into coherent execution plans.
• Identify and eliminate operational inefficiencies to accelerate product delivery while maintaining alignment across teams.
