What You'll Likely Work On
- Partner with the CPO to translate vision into actionable operating rhythms and executive‑level deliverables.
- Design and stand up a product operating model—including portfolio prioritization, OKR processes, and roadmap governance—for an AI‑native organization.
- Build reporting cadences and lightweight metrics that give leadership real‑time visibility into progress, risks, and decisions.
- Drive quarterly and annual planning cycles by coordinating inputs from product, engineering, design, data science, and go‑to‑market teams.
- Lead high‑priority transformation programs such as organizational redesign, AI adoption, and cross‑functional change management.
- Act as program manager for initiatives lacking a natural single owner, establishing decision‑making frameworks (e.g., DACI) and async‑first norms.
- Partner with People, Finance, and Legal to bring structure to resource and people decisions within the product org.
- Shape AI‑native ways of working by piloting new tools, workflows, and embedding AI‑first thinking into product development.
