What You'll Likely Work On

• Define and own a multi‑year AI‑first product strategy for risk adjustment, quality, care management, and network performance
• Lead, mentor, and expand a high‑performing team of product managers across the population health portfolio
• Prioritize and align product initiatives with engineering, data science, design, and clinical stakeholders to ensure predictable, high‑impact releases
• Establish success metrics, measurement culture, and iterative learning loops powered by AI analytics
• Serve as the product voice with strategic customers, influencing clinical and operational leaders and representing Innovaccer at conferences and advisory boards
• Champion AI‑native development practices, ensuring every capability is built on and scales within the AI platform
