What You'll Likely Work On

• Draft, negotiate, and maintain customer agreements, vendor contracts, DPAs, BAAs, and NDAs
• Design and run privacy programs covering GDPR, CCPA/CPRA, and HIPAA
• Partner with Sales, Finance, Product, and Engineering to clear deals and ship features
• Oversee corporate governance tasks such as board consents, equity mechanics, and cap‑table hygiene
• Define open‑source licensing, AI governance, and telecom regulatory posture for the company
• Select and manage outside counsel, balancing in‑house work and spend
