What You'll Likely Work On

• Serve as primary contact for 20‑30 active clients, handling check‑ins, expectations, and requests
• Identify churn risks early and own client satisfaction, retention, and long‑term success
• Diagnose and fix underperforming cold‑email campaigns, including deliverability, list quality, and copy issues
• Review, QA, and continuously optimize campaigns for higher conversion and inbox placement
• Create and refine delivery processes, documentation, playbooks, and SLA tracking
• Collaborate with developers on technical/infrastructure challenges and with outreach team on execution
• Report client health, risks, and performance metrics directly to the founder
