What You'll Likely Work On

• Define and execute the BI roadmap, overseeing team output and quality bar
• Design and maintain shared reporting data models and a semantic layer used across the business
• Create and curate AI‑readable and human‑readable metadata for every model and metric
• Prioritize a shifting list of stakeholder requests, deciding what to build, defer, or decline
• Review and approve dbt code and model implementations without writing them yourself
• Grow the BI team’s technical depth and business fluency, hiring and mentoring as needed
• Travel to Asia 3–4 times per year for on‑site collaboration

• Proven 7+ years in data modeling, analytics engineering, or BI
• 3+ years of direct people‑management experience
• Demonstrated ability to juggle competing stakeholder demands
