What You'll Likely Work On

• Manage and grow a team of applied ML scientists, defining engineering and modeling practices
• Define and execute the roadmap, priorities, and resourcing for the applied ML domain
• Provide deep technical mentorship, review PRs, and guide architecture decisions
• Partner with senior leadership, product, engineering, and risk teams to set priorities and meet aggressive timelines
• Represent the ML domain in product strategy discussions and influence product direction
• Own the full lifecycle of fraud detection and identity models—from data acquisition to monitoring and iteration
• Research emerging fraud patterns, build new ML capabilities, and design analyses that inform business decisions
• Advance the team’s use of AI and LLMs, shaping where AI belongs in SentiLink’s products
