Litmus seeks a GTM Engineer to own and evolve its Salesforce‑centric revenue stack, building AI‑driven workflows that connect sales, marketing, and customer success. The role blends hands‑on technical implementation with strategic insight to scale go‑to‑market operations for industrial AI customers.

What You'll Likely Work On

  • Build and maintain the end‑to‑end GTM tech stack (Salesforce, CPQ, HubSpot, Clay, Salesloft/Outreach, Zendesk).
  • Engineer automated lead routing, enrichment pipelines, account scoring, and sequence logic that scale across thousands of accounts.
  • Deploy AI tools to enrich, qualify, and personalize outreach, and to surface actionable signals for SDRs, AEs, marketers, and CS reps.
  • Configure and manage Salesforce CPQ product catalog, pricing, discounting, and approval workflows, ensuring clean handoffs to ERP/finance systems.
  • Integrate post‑sale support workflows in Zendesk to provide full‑lifecycle visibility from first touch to renewal.
  • Create dashboards, reports, and KPIs that drive data‑informed decisions on pipeline health, conversion, forecast accuracy, churn, and attribution.
  • Collaborate with sales leadership on forecasting, quarterly business reviews, annual planning, and ABM/ICP targeting.
  • Run multiple initiatives to deadline, document systems clearly, and drive user adoption through training and enablement.
