What You'll Likely Work On

• Design and execute rapid growth experiments across influencer, UGC, launch, community, and paid‑ad channels
• Analyze CAC and kill under‑performing experiments quickly
• Create scalable, repeatable acquisition channels and monitor them via dashboards
• Own the full creator pipeline: sourcing, outreach, negotiation, onboarding, tracking, and scaling
• Automate high‑volume cold outreach using custom tools and scripts
• Partner with growth, product, media teams and coordinate contractors/freelancers
