The Growth Lead (Books) builds and leverages technical influencer networks to drive book sales and Amazon ranking. The role blends developer relations, community‑centric campaigns, and commercial judgement, reporting on measurable outcomes rather than activity volume.

What You'll Likely Work On
- Identify and build durable relationships with open‑source maintainers, conference speakers, technical bloggers, and other credible practitioners.
- Secure endorsements, testimonials, forewords, guest posts, and co‑created content that can be leveraged commercially.
- Design, sequence, and run title‑specific promotion plans that align with launch windows and sustain momentum.
- Feed community intelligence back to the Portfolio Director to inform commissioning decisions.
- Develop bulk‑purchase and licensing partnerships with training providers, certification bodies, and universities.
- Activate developer communities on platforms such as GitHub, Reddit, Discord, and Stack Overflow through events and webinars.
- Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance, review velocity, sentiment, and Amazon rank impact.
