The Global Lead – Compliance (Workspace & Facilities) drives end‑to‑end compliance, risk management and safety across all InMobi office locations. This senior individual‑contributor role builds and maintains ISO, GDPR and workplace‑safety frameworks while partnering with legal, finance, HR and InfoSec.

What You'll Likely Work On

• Drive end‑to‑end compliance, governance and risk management across all global offices
• Establish and standardize compliance frameworks for workspace and facilities operations
• Lead ISO and global compliance audits, ensure readiness and close observations
• Oversee CCTV, access‑control, fire‑safety and overall workplace security compliance
• Govern facility vendors and service providers, conduct audits and risk assessments
• Identify compliance risks, implement mitigation strategies and lead incident investigations
• Ensure GDPR compliance within workplace systems and collaborate with InfoSec
• Develop global policies, processes and standards for workspace operations
