Ovii's Interpretation of the Role

The Global Benefits Senior Manager will own the design, delivery, and continuous improvement of HackerOne’s worldwide benefits programs. This individual contributor role partners with People, Payroll, Finance, Legal and vendors to build compliant, data‑driven, and AI‑enabled benefits experiences for a distributed workforce.
