We are looking for a founding Technical Program Manager to shape how large‑scale, cross‑functional work is delivered across Supabase’s global, fully‑remote organization. You will own program dependencies, design tracking and escalation mechanisms, and partner with engineering, product and design to drive initiatives from concept to launch.

What You'll Likely Work On

• Partner with Engineering, Product, and Design to structure and drive complex, cross‑team initiatives, setting timelines and leading from design through launch
• Design and maintain systems for tracking, reporting, and escalating program risk and progress
• Create repeatable launch‑readiness processes that ensure predictable, coordinated delivery across all participants
• Clarify priorities and scope for async teams, providing context to unblock work
• Build trusted stakeholder relationships and maintain transparent program goals, commitments, and risk through clear written communication
• Identify bottlenecks early, develop mitigation options, and communicate trade‑offs
• Map dependencies across projects and coordinate delivery across groups without shared reporting lines
• Hold Engineering, Product, and Design accountable while surfacing risk and removing blockers
• Develop technical and domain fluency to serve as a credible member of the delivery triad
