What You'll Likely Work On

• Own the full lifecycle of custom integrations for strategic customers, from discovery to production deployment
• Design technical approaches for each customer use case and implement the integration code yourself
• Embed daily with the customer's engineers and stakeholders, aligning timelines and tools
• Debug integrations in customer environments using logs, screen‑shares, and remote troubleshooting
• Determine when an integration is a one‑off versus a product gap and raise the appropriate escalation
• Collaborate with Plane’s product and engineering teams to ensure alignment and knowledge transfer
