What You'll Likely Work On

• Oversee the full Record‑to‑Report cycle, including GL, period‑end close, and reconciliations
• Maintain robust internal controls and ensure compliance with India and US laws
• Produce accurate financial statements and regulatory reports
• Identify and implement process automation and best‑practice improvements
• Mentor, coach, and manage a team of finance professionals
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to resolve financial issues
