What You'll Likely Work On

• Swap drone batteries throughout the day following standard procedures
• Install, secure, and verify payloads (1–5 kg) before each flight
• Conduct basic pre‑flight checks and confirm aircraft readiness
• Monitor battery, payload, and equipment status; report issues promptly
• Set up and dismantle tents, tables, and other field infrastructure
• Move, organize, and track inventory and on‑site equipment
• Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient field site
• Assist with loading/unloading equipment during deployments

Good Fit If You Have

• Prior experience in field operations, logistics, or warehouse support is helpful
• Comfortable lifting and handling payloads up to 5 kg regularly
• Able to work outdoors for extended periods
