Ovii's Interpretation of the Role
The Field GTM Manager will own a North‑America event calendar, host 3‑4 focused gatherings each month, and turn those conversations into 10‑15 qualified demos. Success is measured by pipeline, demo conversion, and closed ARR from the events you design and execute.

What You'll Likely Work On
- Design and host 3‑4 targeted events each month (dinners, roundtables, retreats)
- Build and maintain an annual calendar of high‑value community gatherings
- Identify and pre‑book high‑value prospects before each event
- Manage guest experience from invitation through post‑event follow‑up
- Collaborate with agencies, BPOs, and technology partners on joint events
- Track event‑sourced pipeline in the CRM and measure cost per qualified demo
- Iterate a repeatable playbook that identifies which rooms to repeat or drop
- Own the commercial outcome: qualified demos, pipeline, and closed ARR

- Natural host who can read a room and make introductions
- Commercial mindset with prior pipeline or revenue target ownership
- Background in arts, humanities, communications, hospitality, theatre, design or event production
- Comfortable traveling several times per month and managing logistics
