Supabase seeks a senior Field & Events Marketing Manager to design, execute, and scale partner trade shows and high‑touch business events. The role owns the full event lifecycle, from strategy and budgeting to on‑site delivery and post‑event analysis, while collaborating across sales, product, and operations.

What You'll Likely Work On
- Plan, execute, and follow up on partner trade shows and sponsored conferences
- Collaborate with sales to run executive dinners, roundtables, and other high‑touch account events
- Evaluate event opportunities, build business cases, and allocate budget
- Negotiate sponsorship contracts and manage vendor relationships
- Coordinate on‑site logistics: booth assets, shipping, signage, swag, demos, and registration
- Create and distribute attendee communications, registration reminders, and internal briefs
- Capture leads, hand off to ops/GTM, and track conversion metrics
- Analyze event performance, produce reports, and refine playbooks for scalability
