The Executive Assistant partners directly with the SVP & Head of Revenue and senior revenue leaders to keep the executive office running at peak efficiency. This full‑time, onsite role in New York City blends high‑stakes calendar, travel, and stakeholder management with modern AI‑powered productivity tools.

Must-Have Requirements

What You'll Likely Work On
- Provide primary, trusted executive support to the SVP & Head of Revenue and 2‑3 additional senior leaders
- Manage complex, cross‑time‑zone calendars with judgment, prioritizing without becoming a bottleneck
- Plan and execute domestic and international travel logistics with precision
- Coordinate meetings end‑to‑end, ensuring leaders have the right context and materials
- Handle expense reporting and anticipate needs to protect leaders’ focus
- Partner with HR on senior onboarding, events, offsites, and team activities
- Track key deliverables and continuously refine administrative processes as the business scales
- Represent the executive office professionally with the Board, customers, employees, and management
