Supabase is hiring an Event Programs Manager to design, scale, and run developer‑focused meetups, workshops, hackathons and conference activations worldwide. What You'll Likely Work On

• Scale developer meetups, workshops and hackathons globally and align them with product launches and education initiatives.
• Support Supabase’s presence at major conferences (e.g., AWS re:Invent, KubeCon) and coordinate side events, partner activations and community meetups around them.
• Build and maintain playbooks, frameworks and standardized processes to turn successful experiments into repeatable, region‑wide programs.
• Partner with DevRel, Partnerships, Marketing and Sales to ensure logistics, promotion, attendee experience and post‑event follow‑up are seamless.
• Support community programming tied to Supabase Select and the SupaSquad advocate network.
