We are seeking a senior Environment Artist to craft high‑quality 3D game worlds for a variety of visual styles. The role is remote‑first within the United States and offers a path toward lead responsibilities while remaining hands‑on in production.

What You'll Likely Work On

  • Create high‑quality 3D environments, props, modular assets, materials, and set dressing across diverse art styles.
  • Model, UV, bake, texture, and integrate assets in Unreal Engine while meeting performance and technical constraints.
  • Review and provide constructive feedback on work from internal teams, partner studios, or external vendors.
  • Translate vague client or project direction into clear tasks, acceptance criteria, and Jira tickets.
  • Define and uphold visual consistency, quality bars, and style guides across scenes and assets.

  • Identify production risks early and suggest pipeline or workflow improvements.
  • Document best practices, feedback, and process guides using Confluence, Miro, or Jira.
