What You'll Likely Work On
- Design, build, and deliver Enterprise‑specific enablement programs covering onboarding, product launches, methodology rollouts, and competitive positioning
- Partner with executive leaders and frontline managers to identify skill gaps, set competency standards, and create tailored coaching frameworks
- Develop and maintain enablement content, playbooks, and resources aligned to the Enterprise buyer journey and MEDDPICC sales methodology
- Own measurement and reporting of enablement programs, tracking leading and lagging indicators
- Collaborate cross‑functionally with Product Marketing, Product, Solutions Architecture, and Legal Engineering to turn product updates into field‑ready assets
- Drive change management for new tools, processes, and go‑to‑market motions across the Enterprise segment
