What You'll Likely Work On
- Identify, recruit, onboard, and grow strategic IT channel partners (VARs, MSPs, distributors).
- Generate net‑new pipeline and drive competitive displacement through partner‑co‑developed opportunities.
- Create and execute regional business plans to meet quarterly and annual revenue and margin targets.
- Qualify, negotiate, and close high‑value enterprise networking deals while maintaining executive‑level relationships.
- Maintain accurate forecasting and disciplined pipeline management in Salesforce or similar CRM.
- Analyze market trends and competitive landscape to uncover growth opportunities.
- Provide strategic feedback to product, marketing, and sales leadership on partner and customer needs.
- Collaborate with sales engineering, support, operations, and distribution teams to optimize sales outcomes.
