We’re looking for an Engineering Manager to lead the mobile Enrollment team at Hinge Health. You’ll own the end‑to‑end Enrollment platform, drive mobile‑first migration, and run rigorous A/B experiments while mentoring a high‑performing engineering group.

What You'll Likely Work On

• Lead the migration of Enrollment to a mobile‑first experience, delivering fast, usable flows.
• Define and ship extension patterns, APIs, and guardrails so other pods can safely build on Enrollment.
• Run and manage a portfolio of A/B experiments to improve conversion and long‑term engagement.
• Establish CI/CD, automated testing, monitoring, and performance standards for the Enrollment stack.
• Shape the long‑term technical roadmap, balancing member experience with platform reliability.
• Champion AI‑native development practices to boost developer velocity and code quality.
• Partner with product, design, and marketing to align strategy, experimentation, and success metrics.
• Grow, mentor, and raise the engineering quality bar across the team.
