The Engineering Manager, Data will lead a growing team that builds and operates web‑scale data infrastructure, creates multimodal pre‑training datasets, and drives data‑centric modeling to improve AI systems.

What You'll Likely Work On

• Lead and grow a 6‑8‑person data team, expanding to ~12 as needs increase
• Define and execute the architecture for processing, storing, and serving petabytes of multimodal data
• Create and curate state‑of‑the‑art multimodal pre‑training datasets, including annotation models
• Establish rigorous, empirical methods to assess data quality and feed insights back into dataset design
• Work closely with modeling and research teams to ensure data work directly improves model performance
• Hire, mentor, and develop engineers and researchers across infrastructure and modeling tracks
