We are looking for an Engineering Manager to own and grow the high‑traffic, real‑time Conversations inbox product. You will lead a 10+ engineer team, shape product vision, and ensure the platform scales reliably for millions of daily users.

Must-Have Requirements

• 8+ years software engineering
• 2–3 years managing teams of 8+ engineers

What You'll Likely Work On

• Build and ship the omnichannel inbox UI, real‑time threads, and multi‑channel routing.
• Define and execute the product vision, roadmap, and architecture for the Conversations surface.
• Lead engineering operations: daily stand‑ups, sprint planning, quarterly delivery cadence.
• Mentor, hire, and evaluate a high‑performing team of junior to senior engineers.
• Partner with Product and Design to prioritize features that delight customers.
• Architect for scalability, idempotency, and reliability across frontend and backend services.

Good Fit If You Have

• Experience building inbox, messaging, or collaboration products.
• Familiarity with the Vue.js / Node.js / Go / GCP stack.
• Track record of taking a 0→1 product to scale.
