What You'll Likely Work On

• Lead full lifecycle execution of AI engagements for frontier labs and enterprise accounts.
• Serve as the liaison translating customer ML/research needs into actionable specifications for engineering and data teams.
• Track and manage scope, timelines, SLAs, budgets, and quality across multiple concurrent projects, surfacing risks early.
• Uncover and pursue account expansion opportunities, co‑creating proposals with research and product leadership.
• Partner with data operations and engineering to evolve playbooks, tooling, and processes for scalable delivery.
