What You'll Likely Work On
- Coach managers across all client groups, delivering workshops on hiring, feedback, performance documentation, and difficult conversations.
- Identify at‑risk employees and managers, conduct deep‑dive assessments, and create data‑driven action plans.
- Own end‑to‑end workplace investigations for the US, Canada, UK, and Germany, maintaining case trackers and escalating high‑risk matters.
- Design, own, and deliver mandatory compliance training (e.g., sexual‑harassment, workplace‑violence) via the Emtrain platform.
- Maintain and continuously refresh the Tekion Employee Handbook and related policies for multi‑state and multi‑country compliance.
- Track and ensure 100% completion of all mandatory training programs, building a proactive training calendar.
- Partner with People Business Partners and employment counsel to align HR actions with business context and legal requirements.
