Supabase seeks an EMEA Partnerships Lead to drive partner acquisition, activation and enablement across integration, solution, cloud, marketplace and startup ecosystems. You will translate global partnership strategy into regional execution, building senior relationships and shaping the emerging EMEA partner function.

What You'll Likely Work On

  • Identify, prioritize and close new EMEA partners across integration, solution, cloud, marketplace and startup motions.
  • Build and maintain a regional pipeline of prospective partners for all partnership functions.
  • Localise and activate globally‑sourced partnerships for the EMEA market, including co‑selling, co‑marketing and commercial terms.
  • Ensure existing partner programs and benefits are correctly applied to EMEA customers, partners and startups.
  • Collaborate with sub‑function leads to translate global partnership strategy into regional execution.
  • Flag and adapt global strategy where it does not fit EMEA market conditions.
  • Represent Supabase at EMEA partner and developer events, cultivating senior relationships.

Good Fit If You Have

  • Established senior‑level network of EMEA technology vendors, systems integrators or startup ecosystem contacts.
  • Experience with AWS’s EMEA partner organisation (or GCP/Azure equivalents).
  • Fluency in a second European or Middle‑East language (e.g., French, German, Spanish, Arabic).
