What You'll Likely Work On

  • Develop deep expertise in the EMEA partner ecosystem, including VARs, MSPs, system integrators and distributors.
  • Create, localise and launch partner‑focused campaigns, toolkits and content that drive demand.
  • Manage regional MDF investments, track ROI and optimise spend in partnership with sales.
  • Align channel marketing plans with regional sales targets, participate in QBRs and ensure coordination between partner‑led and direct sales motions.
  • Own partner communications, newsletters and programme announcements across the region.
  • Plan and execute partner events, field activations and regional webinars.
  • Measure pipeline contribution, event outcomes and partner engagement; feed insights back to global marketing.
  • Identify coverage gaps, recommend new partner recruitment strategies and support programme roll‑outs.

Good Fit If You Have

  • Experience in networking, hardware, AV or related technology sectors.
  • Fluency in additional European languages.
  • Professional marketing certification or equivalent.
