Ovii's Interpretation of the Role
The Disputes Operations & Strategy role leads end‑to‑end dispute workflow operations and drives AI‑powered automation across OnePay’s product suite. You will own daily back‑office processes, optimize tooling and vendor performance, and partner cross‑functionally to reduce regulatory, operational, and fraud risk.

What You'll Likely Work On
- Identify and implement AI‑driven opportunities to cut operating costs and improve customer experience
- Own end‑to‑end back‑office disputes processes across multiple product lines, ensuring timely and compliant case resolution

- Conduct root‑cause analysis of process breakdowns and deliver automated, permanent fixes
- Collaborate with product, compliance, and engineering to design automated workflows for new launches
