The Director, Transaction Services leads buy‑side and sell‑side financial due diligence engagements, advises private‑equity and corporate clients, and drives the growth of Interpath's Deal Advisory practice. This senior role combines hands‑on deal execution with team leadership, business development, and practice‑building responsibilities.

What You'll Likely Work On

  • Serve as a trusted advisor to private‑equity and corporate clients, including C‑suite and investment teams
