The Director of Software Engineering will shape the technical vision and delivery of the MADTECH.AI B2B SaaS platform. This senior leader drives architecture, cloud-native development, AI integration, and engineering excellence across multiple teams while partnering closely with product and business stakeholders.

What You'll Likely Work On

• Set and communicate the engineering vision aligned with product and business goals
• Establish and enforce architectural standards, coding best practices, and governance
• Oversee end‑to‑end software delivery, from design through production support
• Guide architecture reviews for cloud, AI, data, and integration layers
• Improve SDLC, CI/CD, release management, and DevSecOps processes
• Monitor engineering KPIs (velocity, quality, reliability, MTTR) and drive operational excellence
• Collaborate with product, AI/ML, data, QA, and customer success teams to translate requirements into scalable solutions
• Recruit, mentor, and grow engineering managers and senior engineers
