What You'll Likely Work On
- Craft and communicate a clear product vision for the Service portfolio aligned with dealership Fixed Ops economics
- Analyze market trends, customer feedback, and competition to shape product decisions and differentiate from legacy DMS providers
- Define, ship, and operationalize AI‑native products, establishing frameworks for AI decision‑making in partnership with Data Science and Engineering
- Set and monitor adoption, engagement, satisfaction, and revenue KPIs to gauge product impact and guide future strategy
- Partner with engineering, design, marketing, and business teams to launch products, drive adoption, and monetize features
- Own pricing, packaging, and ARR growth for the product area, ensuring each initiative has a clear revenue or operational impact hypothesis
- Improve the product development lifecycle to deliver high‑quality scheduling, repair order, warranty, invoicing, and customer communication capabilities
- Lead, mentor, and grow a team of product managers, fostering a high‑performance, ownership‑driven culture
