Ovii's Interpretation of the Role

We need a Director of Product Management to own the multi‑year vision for identity, authentication and access governance across UiPath's agentic platform, driving trusted adoption for regulated enterprises.

What You'll Likely Work On

  • Define and own the multi‑year roadmap for identity, auth and access governance across UiPath's agentic platform.
  • Evolve provisioning, scoping, delegation, attestation, rotation and revocation for agents, robots and humans.
  • Shape the auth model for tool‑calling and MCP, ensuring least‑privilege execution and auditability.
  • Partner with large regulated customers (financial services, healthcare, public sector) to drive production deployments and resolve compliance gaps.
  • Build prototypes using coding agents to validate concepts and ship reference implementations.
  • Translate emerging standards (delegated OAuth, verifiable credentials, policy engines) into a shippable product.
  • Define key metrics (time‑to‑grant, audit coverage, policy violations, developer friction) and prioritize the roadmap ruthlessly.
  • Represent UiPath's governance story externally with customers, partners and industry forums.
