What You'll Likely Work On

• Drive reliable, high‑quality delivery of backend, infrastructure, and AI‑powered systems
• Define and execute engineering roadmaps, sprint planning, and delivery forecasts with leadership
• Lead, mentor, and grow Principal and Senior Engineers, handling hiring, onboarding, and leveling
• Establish engineering culture: code‑review standards, incident response, documentation, and rituals
