Ovii's Interpretation of the Role
Commure seeks a Director of Compliance to own and evolve its enterprise‑wide compliance program. You will shape policy, drive risk assessments, and advise senior leadership while ensuring adherence to complex health‑IT regulations.

- Expert knowledge of U.S. healthcare regulatory landscape (HIPAA, HITECH, Anti‑Kickback, Stark, state/federal privacy)
- Leadership/management experience in compliance

What You'll Likely Work On
- Design, implement, and monitor a comprehensive compliance framework for the company
- Chair the Corporate Compliance Committee with representation from Legal, HR, Engineering, Product, Security, and Sales
- Conduct regular risk assessments covering HIPAA/HITECH, Anti‑Kickback, Stark Law, information blocking, and FDA SaMD regulations
- Develop corrective action plans and track remediation across the organization
- Create and execute an annual compliance work plan, including targeted audits and monitoring activities
- Produce compliance metrics and analytics for senior leadership and the Audit Committee
- Lead development and delivery of compliance training for employees, executives, board members, and key vendors
- Manage the compliance hotline and other communication channels to ensure safe reporting
